Add 94g (1 Pack) C90 High Carb Drink Mix to 500ml (16 fl. oz.), 750ml (22 fl. oz.) or 1 Litre (32 fl. oz.) of water. Shake well until powder completely dissolves. Always add the water first, then add the powder to prevent clumping. Further personalise the sodium level in your drink mix with S200 Sodium Booster.
